Are you an approved CCTV contractor in the UAE?
Yes. Al Thoraya Group delivers surveillance systems to SIRA, RAK Police and HEMAYA requirements, and prepares the design drawings, camera schedules and network diagrams those authorities request as part of the approval process.
Which Emirates do you cover?
We are headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah and cover all seven Emirates including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain, with support teams able to reach most sites the same day.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Absolutely. Our AMC packages include preventive maintenance visits, 24/7 helpdesk, remote diagnostics, spare management, firmware and cybersecurity hygiene, plus SLA-backed on-site response times.
Can you integrate with the systems we already have?
In most cases yes. We regularly take over third-party CCTV, access control, PBX and network estates, document what exists, and then integrate or migrate it using ONVIF, SIP, BACnet, Modbus, KNX and open APIs.
